What is FuelUp?

Is FuelUp available now?
FuelUp is currently being prepared for release. Early access and pilot availability will be announced through official FuelUp channels.
Where can I use FuelUp?
FuelUp will initially work only at participating filling stations. Confirmed locations will be published before launch.
Will FuelUp work on iPhone?
FuelUp’s web platform is designed to work on supported mobile browsers. A dedicated iOS application is planned separately.
Is there an Android application?
The Android application has been developed and is being prepared for release. Availability will be confirmed after release requirements are completed.
Does FuelUp sell fuel?
FuelUp is being designed as a payment and fuel-spending platform. Fuel is supplied by participating filling stations.
Will I receive a physical card?
An optional physical FuelUp card is planned. Availability, eligibility, delivery areas and fees will be confirmed before orders open.
Will FuelUp charge fees?
Any applicable top-up, transfer, card or service fees will be clearly displayed before confirmation.
What happens if a transaction fails?
FuelUp will display the transaction status and provide a support route for unresolved payment issues.
How can a filling station join FuelUp?
Station representatives can submit a partnership enquiry. FuelUp will assess pilot suitability, operational requirements and technical readiness.
